Q: How do I add free stickers to my order?
A: You don't need to add anything to your cart! When you checkout please leave us a note with which stickers you would like. The more specific the better. Otherwise, stickers are chosen at random, and sometimes you may even get a discontinued design that we no longer sell. We try our best to match free stickers to what you purchased but at the end they are chosen at random.
Q: My sticker is fading. Is that normal?
A: If your sticker is often exposed to strong elements (ex: sunlight), then yes that is normal. While our stickers are waterproof, stickers will naturally fade with repeated wear and exposure. If you place your sticker in an area with constant strong sunlight, it may fade or crack. We recommend putting your stickers on your water bottles, laptops, or phones.
Q: How waterproof are your stickers?
A: Our stickers are generally great with water, but frequent handling will cause normal wear on vinyl stickers. If you put your stickers on waterbottles, we recommend hand-washing over dishwasher!
Q: I’m missing a product in my order, what do I do?

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We typically ship out packages within 2-3 business days, but the allotted time we give is 5-10 business days, just depends on the season that we are in!
Q: Do you take international orders?
A: Yes! Unfortunately shipping is just really expensive. (altho we wish we could make it cheaper for y'all!) Due to recent tariff policies, we recommend double checking if your local postal office are accepting orders from the US.
Q: My order still hasn’t arrived, help!
A: Our warehouse is based in California, and we also hand-package everything so if there are any delays it is likely due to geographical distance. But of course please feel free to reach out with any concerns you may have and we can check on things for you!
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please read more in depth on our return policy page here: https://goozeepins.com/policies/refund-policy
