Shipping policy

Standard shipping applies to all domestic orders in the United States. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method (USPS First Class Mail). Most orders ship within a 1-3 business day period, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and shipping location. Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods. 

We also offer standard international shipping (USPS First Class Mail International). Please allow anywhere from 4-5 weeks to receive your order once the package has been shipped. Any duties incurred at customs are the assumed responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Goozee Pins. 

All order shipments are packed on weekdays (Monday through Friday). If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday with Priority Mail selected as the shipping option, that order will be processed and packed the following Monday.

Goozee Pins is not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly. If you make a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact us at goozeepins@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Goozee Pins is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Where applicable, Goozee Pins will charge an additional shipping fee.

Goozee Pins is not responsible for lost packages. Once your order has shipped, it is no longer our property. If your package shows it has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors as it could have been grabbed accidentally. PRE-ORDER

Products on pre-order are indicated as such in the product description along with the date when the products will begin shipping. When a pre-order product is purchased with a regular product in the same order, the whole order will be shipped together on the expected ship date of the pre-order item. 

 

REFUSED PACKAGES

Goozee Pins does not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers.
